Running today.

Everything here runs in the product and can be shown in a demo.

  • A manufacturing line: tanks and filling, case packing and palletizing, conveyor lanes and buffers, a cold store, a truck dock with booked slots, clean-in-place, SKUs and changeovers, and a production schedule.
  • A warehouse pack: a layout generated from a rack table, pickers, totes, a pack station, and a dock with carrier cut-offs.
  • Branches, comparison, and rewind to the identical state.
  • Short futures from the current state, divergence checks by object, and the Advisor with its approval gate.
  • Synthetic live feeds for demonstration, through the same event interface a customer connection uses.

In development.

  • Healthcare packs, in this order: patient transport, emergency department and clinic flow, then operating rooms.
  • Distribution networks with several facilities and travel between them. The dock and truck slots run today.
  • Branches that carry layout and staffing changes, so a proposed design can be run before it is accepted.
  • Connections to plant and enterprise systems, built for each engagement.
  • Replications and confidence intervals across runs. Until they ship, demo results are single runs and are labeled that way.
  • Shift calendars and breaks, congestion between people and vehicles, and temperature and energy on process units.

One clock. One model. Many futures. One reality.

Model the operation. Rehearse the change. Connect it to reality.
