MID TN INSIGHTS LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a Tennessee limited liability company. This Website Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit toknith.com (the "Site") and how we use it.

This policy covers the Site only. TOKNITH is operational modeling and execution software, licensed to organizations for deployment in an environment they control. It is not generally available yet. When it is, a separate product privacy policy will describe how data in and around the software is handled, and this policy will link to it.

Our other products have their own policies: Ekkluo and Build. Visits to midtninsights.com are covered by the MID TN INSIGHTS Website Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The Site has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, and no checkout. We collect only the following.

1.1 Information You Send Us

The Site's contact links open your own email program. If you email us, for example at [email protected] to request a demonstration, or at [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. A demonstration request usually includes your organization and something about the operation you want to model, because that is what you choose to tell us.

1.2 Hosting and Security Logs

To deliver pages and protect the Site from abuse, our hosting and content delivery provider processes technical request data such as IP addresses, request times, the pages requested, and browser and device type.

1.3 No Analytics and No Cookies

The Site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking technologies of any kind on it.

Because the Site does not track visitors, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off.

2. How We Use Information

• To reply to your message and follow up on your inquiry
• To arrange and prepare for a demonstration you asked for
• To keep the Site secure and available
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted or behavioral advertising.

3. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers that operate the Site and our email for us, such as our hosting and content delivery provider and our email provider. They may process information in the United States and may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MID TN INSIGHTS LLC or others.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this policy.

4. Retention

• Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any ongoing relationship with you or your organization.
• Hosting and security logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its standard retention.

5. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within forty-five (45) days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Other Sites

The Site links to other websites, including midtninsights.com and our other product sites. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
