These Website Terms of Use govern your use of toknith.com (the "Site"), operated by MID TN INSIGHTS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. The Site is information, not an offer

Content on the Site is provided for general information about TOKNITH and what it is designed to do. It is not an offer to sell, and it does not form part of, or modify, any agreement. Where the Site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs.

2. No reliance on published figures

Figures, drawings, model states, timings, and demonstration results shown on the Site come from our own reference models. They are illustrative. They are single runs of a model, they do not include replications or confidence intervals, and they are not a performance commitment. Do not rely on them in making an operational or purchasing decision. Ask us what the software does today, and we will tell you.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, drawings, diagrams, screenshots, layout, and the TOKNITH name and marks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, print, and share pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not republish, sell, or use our content or marks for other purposes without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or any related system;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest content, except as a search engine operating within our robots file;
• interfere with the Site's operation or with anyone else's use of it;
• use the Site to develop a competing product; or

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability arising from the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

Tennessee law governs these Website Terms, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, with venue in the state or federal courts located in Hickman County or Nashville, Tennessee.
